The Report includes a summary of the spill responses, soil sampling results, analytical laboratory reports, data validation reports, and statistical analysis. The Reports indicates that the soil impactsof the impact are below the US Environmental Protection Agency Regional Screen Levels for industrial soil. The Report appears to be acceptable and is hereby approved. Please be advised that the spill is not clean closed, and Chevron needs to continue updating and tracking the spill impact in the annual report.
