Referencing ny letter of January 21r1992,
conceraing c.l osure of the line pond at Vernal,
Utahr w€ have conmenced elurring aad hauling
the liue product fron the site
time has been removed from the North end
of'the pond to a central elurring area with
dragline equipment. Tooth marks from the bucket
has exposed soil in the bottom of the pond andthere appears to be very litt1e interf6cing
residue present.
I{e anticipate the slurring procesB to be completedduring JuIy. At this timer we wish to proceed with
pond closure. Please advise the Bteps rre 8reto follow in this process.
