Dear Wesley Hanberg:The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received a request for an Operating Permit for the subject project from your consultant, Sunrise Engineering, on March
21, 2024. The Division issued Plan Approval for the project on May 3, 2021. The Division understands the project consisted of constructing approximately 5 miles of 8-inch diameter HDPE
water line along Pariette Road from 10500 S to 11170 S and 12500 S to 13500 S, in 13500 South from Pariette Road to 1000 W and about 900 feet of 8-inch diameter HDPE water line in Ledge
Lane, with associated valves, fire hydrants, and other appurtenances.
The Division has received the following information for the project:
Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions and changes made during construction were in conformance with rules R309-500 through 550 by a professional engineer.
Contract Record Drawings.
Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing.
The Division has determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for the water line projectis hereby issued as constituted
by this letter. You may now place the water lines in service in your water system.
Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
