NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT
on
Bayview Landfill Permit
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) is considering the approval of a permit renewal for the Bayview Landfill located approximately six miles
north of Elberta and west of Utah Lake on State Route 68 in Utah County. The permit renewal application has been reviewed and determined to meet the requirements of Utah Administrative
Code R315-301 through R315-322. A renewed permit (Permit) would allow the continued operation of the Bayview Landfill for ten years if approved. The Director of the Division is seeking
public comment on the draft Permit renewal.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft Permit will commence on [startingdate, 2025] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [endingdate, 2025].

comment period and was supported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
