Upon doing that we found the gasket was not in great condition so a new gasket was purchased and installed. Thanks for your help.

I am writing to address the outstanding significant deficiency identified during the sanitary survey conducted at Orangeville on September 23, 2024.
Upon review, it has come to my attention that this significant deficiency was noted during the survey mentioned above, yet I cannot find records indicating its correctthe allotted timeframe of 120 days.
