This letter is to inform you representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) have reviewed the 2023 Semi Annual BAT Groundwater Module 7B Inspection
Report in accordance with Part 1.H.20 of Ground Water Quality DischargePermit, No. UGW450005 (Permit) submitted on March 5, 2024 (DRC-2024-004808, CD-2024-043).This review included the
results, calculations, and evaluations of BAT data required by Part I.F of the GWQDP, as well as storm water management records, annual facility inspection reports, and documentation
of BAT discrepancies and resolutions.Based on the findings documented during the Inspection, the items reviewed were found to be in compliance with the Permit.
