This letter is to inform you representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) have reviewed the 20241st Semi Annual BAT Groundwater Module 7A Inspection
Reportin accordance with Part 1.H.20 of Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, No. UGW450005 (Permit) submitted on August 29, 2024 (DRC-2024-006693, CD-2024-177).This review included
the results, calculations, and evaluations of BAT data required by Part I.Fof the GWQDP, as well as storm water management records, annualfacility inspection reports, and documentation
of BAT discrepancies and resolutions.
Based on the findings documented during the Inspection, the items reviewed were found to be in compliance with the Permit.
