OnJuly 26, 2024 and December 3, 2024 inspections were performed at EnergySolutions’ Clivesite by representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control to inspect
the maintenance and physical integrity of the Intermodal Unloading Facilityas it relates to compliance with the conditions of the Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit, UGW450005. Results
of the inspection were discussed with Nick Clarke and Dave Booth at the conclusion of the Facility inspections.
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, the items observed and reviewed were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Permit.
