Notes:
(1) Post high school education and related on-the-job experience not at a water system may be substituted for Unrestricted status
experience, but no more than 50% of the required Unrestricted experience may be satisfied in this manner. The exception to this is in
grades 1 and 2, where the experience requirement cannot be reduced by any amount of education.
(2) Experience requirements apply to all operators except those who have been issued "grandparent" certificates.
(3) At least one half of the required Unrestricted experience must be gained at the desired certification grade.
