The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than natural gas combusted during the reporting period for Logan Hospital Utah DAQ Site ID 12377.
-Six month reporting period covered under this is from July1, through December 31, 2025.-Boiler 1 was run on diesel fuel for a total of 24 hours during the reporting period.- There were no fuel deliveries during the reporting period.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are true, accurate, and complete.
