The New Source Performance Standards for Small Industrial-Commercial-institutional Steam Generating Units (NSPS Boilers) 40 CFR 60 Subpart Dc reporting the quantity of fuel other than natural gas combusted during the reporting period for St. George Hospital Utah DAQ Site ID 12960.
-The six-month reporting period covered is from July 1, through December 31, 2024.-The 4-dual fuel boiler had a total of 18 hours of operation on diesel fuel for the reportingperiod.-There were no fuel deliveries during the reporting period.
In accordance with Utah Administrative Code R307-415-5d and based on information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and information in this document are true, accurate, and complete.
