WRIGHT AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE UTAH 12 February 2025 Utah State Emergency Response Commission Utah Department of Environmental Quality 195 N 1950 W Salt Lake City, UT 84116 EPCRA Coordinator: This letter serves as notification under Section 302 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) that the Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) facility has an extremely hazardous substance (EHS) present on site in a quantity exceeding its threshold planning quantity (TPQ). As a result, the facility is subject to the emergency planning provisions of EPCRA. In addition, this letter serves as notification under Section 303 of EPCRA of the identity of the UTANG’s Facility Emergency Coordinator. Our Facility Emergency Coordinator is MSgt Kenneth Church, Emergency Manager. In addition, this letter and the attachment serves as update under Section 311 of EPCRA of the Hazardous Chemical Inventory in list form. This update was necessary due to the new OSHA Hazcom program. The DoD requires that we send these notifications per the Federal rules even if the State of Utah does not.
