Sitara Federico,
The Kearns Improvement District wells are only operational from May of each year until October 1 of each
year. They are shut down, winterized, and not operational October through April. No samples can be
obtained during this period that they are shut down, nor is the well water supplementing the water that is
delivered and purchased from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District to our consumers. Please let me
know if you have any questions regarding this. We had advised Mz. T Allen of this fact.

sample. Was this a triggered source sample taken?

We will be finalizing these violations in the next day or two.
