Per the requirements of 40 CFR $ 63.10(e)(3xvi), please accept this semi-annual Summary
Report for our Salt Lake City, Utah facility.
As provided in 40 CFR S 63.10(e)(3)(vii), we are submitting only the Summary Report for our
Saft Lake City facility because:
a) The total duration of excess emissions, or process or control system parameter
exceedances during the reporting period was less than 1 percent of the totraloperating
time, and
b) CMS downtime during the reporting period was less than 5 percent of the totral
operating time.
Sterigenics US, LLC has reviewed applicable provisions of the operating permit. The following
information is submitted as required in $63.10(e)(3[vi):

The facflity process unit:s are sterilization process chambers of various sizes using
ethylene oxide gas as the sterilant. Ethylene oxide process emissions are vented to Ceilcote
acid-water scrubber, aeration emissions are vented an Advanced Air Technologies (AAT) wet
scrubber with dry bed system.
