Dear Mr. Edwards:Subject:Approval to UseUDOT Richmond Maintenance Site Rehab
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) conducted a final inspection onJanuary 4, 2022 of the UDOT Richmond Maintenance Site Rehab. This included but is not limited to a new Retention Pond,
a Concrete Pad, a Truck Wash Rack, and a Material Storage Bin. On November 9, 2022 DWQ received the liner documentation from Bren Edwards. On January 29, 2025 DWQ received the P.E. Stamped
As-Constructed Plans also from Bren Edwards. A review of our records indicates that an Approval to Use Letter had not been sent out.
Therefore, based on the final inspection and the review of the liner documentation and the As-Constructed Plans, DWQ approves the use ofUDOT Morgan Maintenance Site Improvements.
