Describe Details of Install/Upgrade/Repair in the box below (Submit a drawing/site map of work to be done)
Install (2) new Xerxes double wall fiberglass UST's (TWO-Multi-Compartment) for a total (5) new regulated tanks/
compartments. Install (8) new dispenser sumps. Install new 1 1/2"and 2" OPW Flexworks double wall flexible
product piping to the (8) new dispenser sumps. Use the existing Veeder Root TLS-450 Plus ATG installing (5) new
In-Tank Probes, (2) new interstital brine tank sensors, (14) sumps sensors, and reuse the existing remote overfill
alarm for overfill prevention. Install (5) 2 HP Red Jacket Submersible Pumps with DPLLD's. Install Single Wall
Fiberglass vent lines underground to the new vent risers. Install (4) new Gilbarco Blender Dispensers, (3) new
High Flow Diesel Dispensers with DEF, and reinstall the (1) existing single Satellite Diesel Dispenser. Please note
that the existing DEF underground storage tank will remain.
