ln accordance with Operating Permit provision ll.B.20.e and Utah Administrative Code (UAC)
R307-415-5c(5), the following compliance certification is submitted for Compass Minerals Ogden lnc.
(Compass Minerals). This compliance certification covers the period from 07/03/2019 to 7213U2O24
and includes identification of each term or condition of the permit that is the basis for this certification,
the compliance status of each identified term or condition, and the methods used to determine
compliance status.
On July 26rh,2024 Zeeco performed a tune up on Boilers #1 and #2 per the requirements listed
in 40 CFR 63.7540(a)(10)(i)through (vi). A detailed description of the requirements, as well as the work
performed by Zeeco is listed below.
Per 40 CFR 63.7540 (aX10)(i): Zeeco inspected the burners and cleaned and replaced as
needed components ofthe burners.
Per 40 CFR 53.7540 (aX10Xii): Zeeco inspected the flame pattern and adjusted the
burner as necessary to optimize the flame pattern consistent with manufacturer's
specifications.
Per 40 CFR 63.7540 (aX1OXiii): Zeeco inspected the system controlling the air-to-fuel
ratio and ensured that they were calibrated and functioning properly.
Per 40 CFR 63.7540 (aX10Xiv): Zeeco optimized the total emissions of CO and NOx
consistent with the manufacturer's specifications.
Per 40 CFR 63.7540 (aX10Xv): Zeeco measured concentrations in the effluent stream,
please see attached report.
Per 40 CFR 53.7540 (aX10)(vi): Compass maintains these reports on-site.

3. Zeroed and checked air flow transmitter on boiler ff1 and set upper range value.

under 9 ppm throughout the firing range.
