Kinder Morgan Altamont LLC respectfully submits the attached Semiannual Monitoring Report
for the reporting period from July L,2024 through December 3L,2024 as required by Condition
l.S.2.a of Title V Operation Permit No. 1300005003 forthe Altamont Main Gas Processing Plant
(Altamont Plant).
There was one deviation from the f..ifity Title V Operating Permit conditions during the
compliance period covered by this six month monitoring report.

ln accordance with Operating Permit provision 1.S.2.a, and Utah Administrative Code (UAC)
R307-415-5a (3)(c) (i), the fotlowing monitorin g report is subm itted.
This Report covers the period from July L,2024 through December 3L,2024.
For the indicated reporting period:
There were no deviations from any permit requirements.
Attached is a list of permit requirements for whlch there were deviations. The
list includes the information required by Operating Permit provision l.S.2.a and
uAc R307-a1s-6a(3)(c)(i).
ln lieu of attaching the above list, deviation reports submitted in accordance
with permit provision 1.S.2.c, and UAC R307-415-5a(3XcXii) as referenced below.
1) On March 3,2024, Kinder Morgan mailed the test notification for ICE-I, ICE-
2,lCE-3,lCE-4, ICE-S, ICE-6, lCE-7,lCE-8, ICE-9, ICE-10 & ICE-12 via FedEx. The
Utah Division of Air Quality (UDAq never received the test notification.
Upon notification the test notification was missing, Kinder Morgan submitted
an electronic copy to Mr. Harold Burge on June L8,2024. The engine testing
was completed on April24,2024 and the final test report was submitted on
June 19, 2024. The deviation report was submitted on June 24, 2024, which
was within 14 days of discovery.

information and belief formed after reasonable inquiry, I certify that the statements and
information in this document are true, accurate, and complete.
