Hi Bruce,
Thanks for the call yesterday. I outlined the complexities of our review and the challenges with groundwater impacts that
appear to be migrating onto the site. I also provided you an update on background metals. I believe Allison should have
comments out today or tomorrow.

After meeting internally yesterday, we will provide additional information on arsenic in the next few days, if not early next
week.
We will do what we can to help with your schedule. I believe the comments on the SCR can be addressed fairly easily. I
do suggest you speak with your engineer regarding a vapor mitigation strategy for this property to account for the fact
that there are multiple chlorinated solvents that are high and the source has not been cleaned up to my knowledge. If
you have more updated property designs, please provide them when you can.
I appreciate the challenges you are facing and have made the team aware so we are keeping things moving as fast as
possible. Finalizing characterization and moving into a cleanup can be some of the more tedious work at any site. As we
discussed, the most important thing is to address this site so it does not pose a risk to future workers and occupants.
