NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON THE TEMPORARY PERMIT FOR WOL-VERINE GAS AND OIL COMPANY OF UTAH, LLC,
CENTRAL FACILITY - SIGURD
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is
considering approval of one application to operate oil and gas exploration,
development, and production (E&P) solid waste management facilities under
the provisions for temporary permits in accordance with Utah Administra-
tive Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). Wolverine Gas
and Oil Company of Utah, LLC, Central Facility - Sigurd is located in Sevier
County.
A 45-day public comment period on the draft temporary permits will com-mence on Thursday, December 19, 2024 and end at 5:00 p.m. on Wednes-
day, February 5, 2025.

Written comments will be accepted if received by 5:00 p.m. on February 5, 2025. Written comments must be directed to the following address:

Under Utah Code Section 19-1-301.5 a person who wishes to challenge a
Permit Order may only raise an issue or argument during an adjudicatory
proceeding that was raised during the public comment period and was sup-
ported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director
to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
