The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) conducted a final inspection on October 30, 2024 of UDOT Hot Springs Maintenance Site Improvements Phase 2. This included but is not limited to a
new Retention Pond and Brine Pond Retaining Wall to conduct stormwater away from the brine pond. On January29, 2025 DWQ received the Closeout Documentation.
Based on the final inspection and the review of the Closeout Documentation, DWQ approves the use ofUDOT Hot Springs Maintenance Site Improvements Phase 2.
