The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) has received theSite Management Plan,Former Land Treatment Area (LTA) and Environmental Covenant (Annual Inspection)submitted
on January21, 2024, by Big West Oil, LLC (BWO).
The Annual Inspection indicates that the LTA was in compliance throughout 2024. The LTA continues to be used for industrial purposes with access available to only BWO employees and subcontractors
who have completed the required training. Additionally, all ground disturbance permits (GDPs) are retained in accordance with the Site Management Plan (SMP). Finally, the impacted groundwater
has not been used for any purpose.
The Division would like to thank you for continuing to protect human health and the environment here in Utah. The Division has no comments or questions concerning thisAnnual Inspection.
