The Division of Drinking Water records show this water system is in violation of the State of Utah Public
Drinking Water Rules as follows:

The November 2024 routine and repeat samples tested for bacterial contamination showed the presence of
fecal coliform or Escherichia coli bacteria. This is in violation as defined by Utah Administration Code
Rule R309-211-9(1) which states that any confirmed fecal coliform-positive or Escherichia coliform-
positive sample is an E coli Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) violation. This violation results in the
addition of 50 points to this system’s Improvement Priority System (IPS) Report and could adversely affect
this system’s rating (R309-400).
