RE: Environmental Covenant -Edison Building Facility Annual Compliance Reporting
Dear Director,
Pursuant to paragraph 17 of the Environmental Covenant recorded on November 18, 2020
with the Salt Lake County Recorder for the property located at 933 South Edison Street in Salt
Lake City (parcel numbers 16-07-180-017 and 16-07 -180-003) (the "Edison Building Facility"),
Brand .Aid Real Estate Holdings LLC, as owner and transferee, submits this annual comp l iance
Report.
The engineering controls and activity and use limitations described in the Environmental
Covenants remain in place and are being complied with, including the vapor mitigation measure
in place at the time the Environmental Covenant was recorded remains in place and operational; no
dewatering activities have been or are being conducted at the Edison Building Facility; the Edison
Building Facility is not being used for residential purposes and no groundwater from the shallow
unconfined aquifer is being used for drinking water, irrigation or other domestic purposes.
