The engineering controls and activity and use limitations described in the Environmental Covenants remain in place and are being complied with, including the vapor mitigation measure in place at the time the Environmental Covenant was recorded remains in place and operational; no dewatering activities have been or are being conducted at the Edison Building Facility; the Edison Building Facility is not being used for residential purposes and no groundwater from the shallow unconfined aquifer is being used for drinking water, irrigation or other domestic purposes.
