Good morning Mr. Stevenson;
I am your state-assigned project manager and am working in conjunction with the Utah Attorney General's Office on
drafting the comfort letter you recently requested.
In the past, our Division had worked with the environmental investigation/cleanup project with Trinity Highway Products for
the original 25 acre parcel of land. On a routine basis the division would request reimbursement for project oversight
costs.
As a prospective purchaser of environmentally contaminated property, we will be creating a new file for managing your
project on a separate basis. Consequently, I am requesting that you complete an application for our Division providing
project oversight. Our billing is done quarterly, and our current fees (as set by the legislative fee schedule) are currently
$110/hour.

Once completed, please return it to [e-mail] and cc me at [e-mail], and I can finalize getting
your new project tracking set up. My involvement will be to review your amended Site Management Plan as well as any
other technical document that is related to the ongoing environmental investigation cleanup, risk management, etc., of the
parcels you are in the process of purchasing.
