Re: Compliance Advisory, No Further Action – Aligned Energy Data Centers (WVC) PropCo,
LLC

On December 31, 2024, the Utah Division of Air Quality (DAQ) sent Aligned Energy Data
Centers a Compliance Advisory (DAQC-1250-24) for potential violations of the Utah Air Quality
Rules including failing to submit required compliance records. On January 8, 2025, and January
10, 2025, Aligned Energy Data Centers submitted additional information that resolved the
potential violations outlined in the Compliance Advisory referenced above. Based on the
additional information provided to the DAQ, no further action is required at this time. Please be
aware that closure of this Compliance Advisory does not constitute a bar to enforcement action for
conditions found during other inspections.
