or other boundary. When asked about it the operator stated they didn’t

General Comments
Comments The DWMRC permitted portions of the facility appeared to be in proper
working condition. Some reclaimed portions of the DOGM permitted area
still needs cleaned up and monitored.
Signage still needs to be updated and include hours of operation, directions
and procedures, emergency numbers, and list of unacceptable materials.
For example, permit condition I.C. contains a list of prohibited waste to
include:
