ln accordance with the Division of Drinking Water letters dated January 30, 2006 and April 26, 2006
regardinB the monitoring and reporting requirements for point-of-use (pOU) arsenic filters, lpSC is
submitting the Fourth Quarter Operational Report for 2024.
As required, two POU sites were sampled, POU $22 (Main Control Room Fountain), and pOU #51 (USB
Office Area Fountain).
Also, for TP003 (Arsenic Treatment Skid) monthly arsenic sample results are attached, as well as one
quarterly raw well water sample from TP004.
