Eastland SSD has sent me evidence of resolution to the following issues identified in their IPS Summary. I have made
note of them in Waterlink, please remove the points from their IPS Report for these resolved issues.
S013 WELL LACKS THE REQUIRED WELL SEAL: The conduit perforating the well head has now been sealed.
S006 END OF WELL CASING VENT LACKS NO.14 SCREEN: The vent now has a No.14 screen.
S021 CROSS CONNECTION EXISTS IN WELL HOUSE OR AT WELL HEAD: The hose attached to the well discharge
piping now has a vacuum breaker.
V012 END OF STORAGE TANK OVERFLOW PIPE LACKS NO.4 SCREEN: The overflow pipe has been flushed out and
a No.4 screen has been attached.
TD66 HYPOCHLORITE FACILITY LACKS A MEANS OF EMERGENCY EYE WASH: Emergency eye wash has been
procured and is installed.
TG59 LACKS CONTAINMENT PROVISIONS TO HANDLE SOLUTION TANK SPILLS OR OVERFLOWS: Containment
purchased and in place.
