Please see attached the IPS correction notice for the ST005 V016 violation for the Upper Refinery Tank.

I submitted a request for a corrective action plan for the V016 violation for ST006, Lower Refinery Tank, today January 20th. We have not been able to locate the drain foIt has not been used for many years and assume that the drain location has been buried. We will need to excavate the line and either install a blind flange or construct anappropriate drain.

On August 27, 2024, a sanitary survey was conducted on Kennecott - Section 21, revealing seven significant deficiencies. Our records indicate that two of these signideficiencies remain unresolved and on active facilities.
