Documentation showing the original specifications for the filter media at the DVWTP, which are 60” anthracite (specific size 1.10-1.20 mm) over 12” sand.The original lab analysis confirming the media effective size and uniformity coefficient prior to media installation.Results from the recent coring of filter #1. Media depths were measured at 67” anthracite and 12” sand.Sieve analysis of an anthracite depth composite sample from filter #5 as per Sarah’s request. Results show an effective size of 1.16 mm and a uniformity coefficien

On September 23, 2024, a sanitary survey was conducted on Central Utah WCD - Duchesne Valley, revealing a significant deficiency that remains unresolved accordinrecords.
