SUMMARY:
This was a routine visit by the DERR to check on the status of the site. No foundation work has
begun for the southern half of the site. To the north, most of the homes are installed. Out of the
slab-on-grade foundations, two locations have buildings. The only new development is the
installation of the permanent fence along the eastern boundary. Per the accepted Remedial
Action Plan, the fence and final site grade are at a higher elevation than the east adjoining
properties.
