Please findenclosed copies of Invoice #2704970REV and #2717322REV from Liberty Tire Recycling, LLC (Liberty Tire), for the removal of waste tire piles located at the Little Mountain
Landfill performed on March 25, 2024, March 26, 2024, March 27, 2024, March 29, 2024, and April 1, 2024.This waste tire clean-up is authorized for 100%reimbursement from the Utah Waste
Tire Recycling Fund according to Utah Code 19-6-811(1)(c), with the waste tires being transported from the Little Mountain Landfillto Liberty Tire and processed.
The Division of Finance is authorized to reimburse Liberty Tire$67,421.75 from the Utah Waste Tire Recycling Fund as follows:245.17total certified tons$275.00 per tonCost $61,888.75
