Hi Seini,

I appreciate you reaching out to me about this Offen Petroleum project. Attached is the analytical and COC
from Chemtech-Ford. Elaine Bryan had gone down to the location and pulled the sample. We were aware
that the sample needed to be pulled by an individual who is certified. She signed off on the documents as
can be seen on the COC. I show she’s a certified sampler on your list, which I’ve also included, and her
certification is valid till 9/8/26.

Elaine was employed with EnviroServe when the project started and was no longer with EnviroServe
towards the end. I’m not sure the reasons of why she stated she wasn’t on location.

Please let me know if you have any questions, or anything is needed.
