However, theattached permit module was not the last version that both the Division and Chervon agreed on. The Division resents the approved module for the Class 1 permit modification to add a condition to tracking spills at the refinery. Enclosed in this letter please find the last modified version of Module VI of the permit. Please update the copies of the Post-Closure Permit maintained by Chevron Environmental Management Company and Chevron Salt Lake Refinery accordingly.
