Before the sampling protocol for this well can be determined, Please provide the following: 1. Re-complete wellTW4-14 as a permanent monitor well in accordance to USEPA RCRA TEGD (also stated in the October 25,2006 DRC letter) . 2. After well competition, develop the well to the 5 NTU turbidity standard in accordance to USEPA RCRA TEGD or explain and justiff why it cant be met. 3. Determine and justify the minimum volume of water required to sample carbon tetrachloride, chloride, chloroform, chloromethane, dichloromethane(methylene chloride), nitrate, nitrate + nitrite, and field parameters in accordance with USEPA RCRA TEGD and your contracted laboratory. 4. Demonstrate and justify the volume of water that can be collected from TW4-14. Prior to this demonstration please propose in writing to DRC the equipment and methods used. Also prior to this demonstration, please notify DRC staff to have the opportunity to observe the demonstration. 5. If the water volume is insufficient to collect the samples, propose a written sampling priority for DRC review and approval for the 6 parameters 5. After the DRC review and the Executive Secretary approval the QAP may be revised to add the sampling protocol for TW4-14. Please call if you have any questions.
