Hello Margaret,
Per our discussion on December 5, 2024, the DAQ agreed to cancel the November 13, 2024, Notice of Intent and issue
a No Further Action Letter for the September 17, 2024, Notice of Violation with the understanding that Flowers Baking
would provide quarterly reports to the DAQ, including the current rolling 12-month VOC numbers (condition II.B.3.a
of DAQE-AN149310002-24 - copy attached for reference) and the status of construction for the two catalytic oxidizers
(condition II.A.3 of DAQE-AN149310002-24), until construction is complete and stack testing has been successfully
conducted to ensure the oxidizers are meeting a VOC reduction rate of at least 95%.
Prior to issuing the No Further Action Letter, the DAQ requests the status of the first report. Will one be submitted for
October - December 2024 or were you intending for the first report to be for January - March 2025?
Thanks,
Chad
