Our database finally became operational some time after our call, so I was able to look at what you sent. I would note the
following:
1.Issue two was not fully addressed because you didn't get the signatures for the receiving facility. Are you trying to
address the omissions with the note on the BOLs that it is necessary? If that is the case, perhaps you could send an email or
letter that more explicitly commits to getting those signatures in the future.
2.Issue three was not addressed, near as I can tell. Did you train used oil handling folks in your company (I'm assuming
you're the only one) in the topics specified in your permit? If so, can you send some certification specifically listing what
you were trained on?
Other than the two issues listed above, I think you probably answered the compliance advisory, despite the
amusingly informal nature of some of your responses (which I enjoyed).
