RE:Environmental Compliance Letter for DWMRC Permitted FacilitiesSW387, SW388, SW476
Dear Mr. Hacking:
At your request, the Utah Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (DWMRC) is writing this letter to address the compliance status of three Dalbo, Inc. facilities currently
permitted with DWMRC. The facilities include the Bluebell Waste Management (Bluebell) Facility, Wonsit Waste Management (Wonsit) Facility, and Ace Waste Management (Ace) Facility.
Bluebell Facility (SW388)
The Bluebell facility’s current permit (#1901) became effective on August 15, 2019 (DSHW-2019-008922). As of the most recent facility inspection conducted by DWMRC on March 14, 2024
the Bluebell facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of its permit. These conditions include applicable environmental protection rules found in Utah Administrative
Code (UAC) R315-301 to R315-320.
Wonsit Facility (SW387)
The Wonsit facility’s current permit (#1302) became effective on October 15, 2013 (DSHW-2013-005780). On November 3, 2023 the Wonsit facility was approved by DWMRC for an extension
of the existing permit (DSHW-2023-210811), which was initially set to expire on October 15, 2023. As of the most recent facility inspection conducted by DWMRC on March 14, 2024 the
Wonsit facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of its permit. These conditions include applicable environmental protection rules found in Utah Administrative Code
(UAC) R315-301 to R315-320.
Ace Facility (SW476)
The Ace facility’s current permit (#2201) became effective on February 24, 2023 (DSHW-2022-001164). As of the most recent facility inspection conducted by DWMRC on April 27, 2022 the
Ace facility was found to be in compliance with the conditions of its permit. These conditions include applicable environmental protection rules found in Utah Administrative Code (UAC)
R315-301 to R315-320.
