SITE NAME: Liberty Corner

SITE LOCATION: Salt Lake City, Utah

DATE OF SITE VISIT: 29 June 2023

PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: DERR (Lincoln Grevengoed) visited the Site to observe site characterization
efforts.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: The DERR arrived at the Site and met with ATLAS and the subcontractors. Some
borings had already been drilled, but the subcontractors were running into issues with a layer of cobble
sized material beneath the asphalt. The DERR observed the collection of three different sets of soil
samples. The DERR observed these samples being placed in a cooler with ice. Proper labeling was
observed on all of the samples. The work appeared to be proceeding in a matter consistent with
approved workplan.
