The facility has initiated a cover log since the last inspection and more waste has been covered. The cover log demonstrates that waste is being covered monthly for the most part, but some months have been skipped. The facility has prompted swift action to cover waste accordingly and keep the cover log updated. The facility did not display adequate signage, but has since ordered new signage. There has been a significant amount of improvement covering the waste since the last inspection. Additional view of the working face.
