Testing was performed October 21-24, 2024, to determine compliance with AO Condition II.B.2.a, II.B.3.b, II.B.3.c, II.B.3.d, and 40 CFR 60, Subpart JJJJ for NOX, CO, and VOC emissions. CONCLUSION: The stack test reports for the listed engines appear to be acceptable. Subpart JJJJ allows a source to use either the g/BHP-Hr emission limit or the ppmdv@15% oxygen emission limit to determine compliance. The source has provided results for both limits. The permit specifies a lb/hr limit (not found Subpart JJJJ) and a more stringent g/BHP-Hr limit so only the permit specified limits are entered for lb/hr and g/BHP-Hr. 3 RECOMMENDATION: GE Engines 1358, 1361, 1363, 1364, and 1365 should be considered to have been in compliance with the NOx, CO, and VOC applicable emissions limits at the time of testing.
