Testing was performed on July 9, 2024, to demonstrate compliance with the emission limits found in Condition II.B.2 of Approval Order DAQE-AN103200020-24 and 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart GG. CONCLUSION: The stack test report appears to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION: The emissions from Turbine Unit 2 should be considered to have been in compliance with the emission limits of the AO and 40 CFR Part 60 subpart GG during the stack test. The Kern River Gas Transmission Company stack test report includes a fuel analysis report to satisfy compliance with SO2 emissions.
