Norman Lehi City 2538 North 300 West Lehi, Utah 84043 Subject:Operating Permit, Flight Park Tank (ST013); Lehi City, System #25015, File #13345 Dear David Norman:The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received a request for an Operating Permit for Flight Park Tank (ST013) from your consultant, Garrick Stephenson and HAL Engineers on January 22, 2024. The Division issued Plan Approval for this project on May 3, 2023. Division staff conducted an onsite final inspection of this project on December 19, 2024. Our understanding of the project includes the following: The work is comprised of constructing a water-tight reinforced concrete buried structure with 1 MG capacity for drinking water storage including tank, piping and valves, hatches, ladders, soil cover, vents, and appurtenances. The installation of the Flight Park Tank is part of a larger overall project that will provide additional storage for future developments. The tank is supplied by existing water sources via the SR92 Booster Station (PF005). The water sources include the Airport Well (WS013), Family Park Well (WS019), Dry Creek Well (WS010), and Alpine Springs (WS005, WS006, and WS008). The 1 MG Flight Park tank is identified as ST013 in the Division’s database. We have received the following information for the Flight Park Tank (ST013): Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions by a professional engineer. Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing. Record Drawings. We have determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for Flight Park Tank (ST013)is hereby issued as constituted by this letter. You may now place the Flight Park Tank (ST013) in service in your water system. Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
