Here is the photo. The gasket was not damaged just not seated correctly due to missing and broken bolts. Gasket was reseated and bolts were replaced correctly.

I will get photos of this repair over the upcoming weekend and get it to you. None were taken when the repair was made. Access to take pictures has been a problem with the winter weat

I am writing to address the outstanding significant deficiency identified during the sanitary survey conducted at Eureka Town on August 8, 2024.
Upon review, it has come to my attention that this significant deficiency was noted during the survey mentioned above, yet I cannot find records indicating its corthe allotted timeframe of 120 days.
