NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT ON TEMPORARY PERMITS
FOR E&P SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES IN
DUCHESNE AND UINTAH COUNTIES
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is considering approval of4applications to operate oil and gas exploration, development, and production (E&P) solid
waste management facilities under the provisions for temporary permits in accordance with Utah Administrative Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). The following E&P
solid waste management facilities are included in this notice:
EcoVap, Inc. – Eastern Water SolutionsLLC Facility;
EcoVap, Inc. – Western Water Solutions, LLC Facility;
Environmental Energy Innovations, LLC – South Myton Bench Waste Management Facility; and
Lapoint Recycle and Storage, Inc. – Lapoint Recycle and Storage, Inc. Facility.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permits will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].

on E&P Temporary Permit," AND the comment must state which of the E&P solid waste management facility temporary permits the comment applies to. All documents included in comments must
be submitted in pdf format or as ASCII (text) files.
Under Utah Code Section 19-1-301.5 a person who wishes to challenge a Permit Order may only raise an issue or argument during an adjudicatory proceeding that was raised during the public
comment period and was supported with sufficient information or documentation to enable the director to fully consider the substance and significance of the issue.
