NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT FOR
DANISH FLATS WASTE SOLUTIONS, INC. DANISH FLATS FACILITY
The Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control is considering approval of one application to operate oil and gas exploration, development, and production (E&P)
solid waste management facilities under the provisions for temporary permits in accordance with Utah Administrative Code Subsections R315-321-4(8) and R315-322-3(2)(a). Danish Flats
Waste Solutions, Inc. Danish Flats Facility is located in Grand County.
A 45-day public comment period to receive comments on the draft temporary permits will commence on [Comment period start date] and end at 5:00 p.m. on [Comment period end date].
