Dear Director Hansen:

This letter is in regard to the letter and Notice of Change of Control submitted to the
Division on October 8, 2024 (the “Notice”) from Anfield Resources Holding Corp. (“Anfield”) and
ISO Energy Ltd. (“IsoEnergy”) relating to the Shootaring Canyon Uranium Mill and Radioactive
Material License UT 0900480 and Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit UGW170003 (collectively
the “Mill Permits”). Anfield would respectfully request to withdraw the Notice.
The Plan of Arrangement dated October 1, 2024 whereby IsoEnergy agreed to purchase all
of the outstanding securities of Anfield’s parent company, Anfield Energy Inc., which would have
resulted in a change of control of Anfield was terminated by Anfiled on January 14, 2025 (see press
release - https://anfieldenergy.com/anfield-announces-c26-5-million-financing-plans-for-us-
senior-exchange-listing/ ).
Mangement of Anfield has been in communication with Adam Wingate to inform him of the
change in circumstances. A conference call has been scheduled for Thursday, January 23 between
Anfield management and the Division to discuss steps going forward.
