Allison,

Per our discussion last week, attached is the Site Characterization Work Plan Addendum for the Paxton project (Voluntary
Cleanup Site #C-129). This document provides a preliminary summary of the soil and groundwater samples that were
collected in July and details additional samples that will be conducted to further characterize the site. We have tentatively
scheduled to conduct the additional sampling on September 24th.

We look forward to any questions or comments that you many have regarding this document.

Thank you for your call earlier today and your questions/comments regarding the SCWP Addendum.
Attached is a revised version of the document. Per our discussion, we have added an additional sample at
location S-6. Please also note that we found an error in Table 2 and have made minor edits to correct.

I also followed up and confirmed that an Alta Survey was previously performed for the site and identifies the
building locations.

You read my mind, as I was preparing another e-mail to send you . . .

We just found out that Blue Stakes was not able to access the property (the gate was locked) so it has not
been cleared for utilities. We just filed another Blue Stakes request, so the sampling will need to be delayed
until this Friday. It will likely take 2 days to complete the work, so we anticipate that it will be completed next
Monday (we’re not planning to work over the weekend).
