I noticed that the fence has been cut along the east side of the site, enough for a person to get through. As you are aware, there's a lot of homeless in the area and it's possible that people could be on the property. I'm not sure how long the fence has been cut, but I would recommend caution when accessing the site and if we can, try and block that access point. I included an image of the fence below. Has this been noticed before by anyone on the team? Thanks! I've been on vacation and forgot to set up my auto responder. 1/27/25, 7:48 AM State of Utah Mail - Cut Fence at The Paxton https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/?ik=e22438591e&view=pt&search=all&permthid=thread-a:r1838391125321180489&simpl=msg-a:r-567418061488068…1/2 This is an ongoing issue we have been dealing with. We have patched the fence many times, and they keep cutting it back open. We have the SLPD patrolling the site regularly as we get close to the beginning of demolition, which should be starting later this week. Once the buildings have been removed, we expect the site will become of less interest to the transients. I apologize for not knowing this, but what kind of notifications do you need from us before demolition starts up? Thank you, Bruce Bastian J.B.
